Christer, who is responsible for technical operations at the hotel, along with the rest of the staff, has already implemented several initiatives. Among other things, a small behavioral change in connection with cleaning the rooms has helped secure significant savings on electricity consumption.
In general, Christer has great insight into the hotel’s consumption and is focused on reducing the hotel’s carbon footprint.
It was a positive experience to go through the ‘ESG-screening’ (Energy Meter Analysis), and it can be confirmed that double-digit percentage savings in electricity consumption have been achieved.
But it doesn’t stop here. More initiatives are on the way. The focus is on energy savings that reduce consumption without compromising the guest experience.
